50/25 PRIME DDÊ Desiccant Dryer from Coltri is a twin‑tower adsorption dryer designed to pair with Prime oil‑free compressors, delivering consistently dry air for sensitive tools and finishes. The system uses parallel vessels filled with molecular sieve media; while air is dried in one tower, the other regenerates automatically, ensuring a continuous dew point well below ambient. It includes a 0.01 micron oil‑removal inlet filter with automatic condensate drain and a 1 micron dust outlet filter, both with pressure differential gauges for easy maintenance and quick servicing within a compact footprint. Designed for flexible installation, the dryer is suitable for horizontal setup and can be accessed from multiple sides to fit your space. With dew point performance down to −40°C (optional −70°C), this unit protects downstream equipment and contributes to longer tool life and better process reliability, making it an ideal companion to Coltri’s Prime piston compressors and other air‑treatment components.
