Returns and Refunds Policy
All returns and refunds are subject to a 25% handling charge or £25.00 (whichever is greater), plus collection fees (dependent on weight) and VAT.
Requests to return goods must be made within 7 days of the delivery note date or within 21 days of the order date, whichever is sooner.
Returned goods must be:
- Unused
- In good working condition
- In their original, unopened packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Goods made to order, customized, or supplied to specific customer requirements (special orders)
Return Procedure
- All returns must be authorized in advance
- A valid returns authorization number must be obtained from us before returning goods
- Returns received without authorization may be refused
All returned items must include our returns note. Returns without it will be deemed invalid.
Please note:
The Air Compressor Store’s decision to accept a return or cancellation is made independently based on our business policies—not on the policies of manufacturers or suppliers. Direct contact with our suppliers by customers regarding returns will result in automatic rejection of the return request.

- We reserve the right to assess all returned goods before issuing a refund
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights
Warranty & Repairs
All products supplied by The Air Compressor Store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
When you purchase from us, your contract is with The Air Compressor Store, and all warranty claims must be handled through us.
- Any warranty claims, servicing, repairs, or replacement parts must be arranged directly through The Air Compressor Store
- Customers should not contact manufacturers or third-party suppliers directly for warranty claims unless expressly authorized by us
- We will liaise with the manufacturer or authorized service providers on your behalf
Important
This policy is in place to ensure:
- Correct diagnosis of faults
- Use of approved parts and repair procedures
- Accurate record-keeping of warranty claims
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or work carried out by third parties may void the warranty.
