Hitachi Sullair DSP 37 at 7 Bar (about 101 psi) delivering 165 CFM is a high-efficiency air compressor designed for reliability in demanding environments. The air end features stainless steel rotors for the first and second stages, a patented PTFE-free rotor coating, and an internally coated rotor housing to maximize life and efficiency. The patented high pre-cooler design places the stainless steel pre-cooler before the aftercooler, reducing thermal fatigue and boosting durability in air-cooled installations.

Moisture protection is enhanced by a motorized isolation valve at the discharge that prevents moisture migration when the DSP is not running, while the oil mist remover captures 99.99% of oil mist and keeps the gearcase under negative pressure, lowering maintenance and promoting a cleaner work area. The capacity control system provides a robust fixed-speed spool-type option for high-cycle reliability and, when available, a variable speed drive for energy savings—no inlet valve and a two-speed reduction deliver efficient turndown and reduced no-load power.

Power is supplied by Hitachi IE3 motors with TEFC and IP55 protection; DSP37V variants include DCBL-PMM and built-in phase monitoring. All DSP Series compressors carry a 3-year package warranty when continuously serviced with genuine DSP parts.
