Hitachi Sullair DSP 37 at 8.6 bar (about 125 psi) delivering 197 CFM combines a precision engineered oil-free screw air end with advanced cooling and moisture management for reliable, high-performance air supply.

The DSP37 features an innovative air-end construction with stainless steel rotors in the first and second stages, a PTFE-free rotor coating, and an internally coated rotor housing to maximize long life and efficiency. A patented high pre-cooler design (air-cooled units) places the pre-cooler before the aftercooler to reduce thermal fatigue and extend reliability.

A motorized isolation valve prevents moisture migration into the compressor package when the unit is off, protecting downstream lines, while an oil mist remover achieves 99.99% efficiency and maintains the gearcase under negative pressure to recapture oil mist and reduce top-offs.

The DSP37 offers both fixed-speed and variable-speed drive options. The fixed-speed uses a simple, reliable spool-type capacity control, while the VSD provides two-speed reduction to optimize specific power and minimize power usage during unload.
