This prime desiccant dryer uses top‑quality desiccant media to achieve a dew point as low as -40 °C, with an optional -70 °C option for highly demanding applications, ensuring reliable operation in food production, pharma, and precision coating environments. Featuring load‑dependent control and compressor synchronization, it helps cut energy consumption while maintaining steady dew point performance. The unit includes a 0.01 micron oil removal filter with automatic drain and a 1 micron dust filter, each equipped with a differential gauge for easy maintenance. It is designed for horizontal installation with flexible service access (side, front or rear), and integrates seamlessly with prefilters, after-filters and condensate management to form a complete, safe air‑drying system.
