Hitachi Sullair DSP 22 8.6 Bar (125 psi) 113 CFM delivers reliable, oil-free compressed air. The DSP series uses Innovation Air End construction with stainless steel rotors in both stages, a PTFE-free rotor coating, and an internally coated housing for long life and high efficiency.

A patented air-cooled high pre-cooler places the pre-cooler before the aftercooler to reduce thermal fatigue and extend cooler life. The motorized isolation valve prevents moisture backflow when the unit is idle, while the Oil Mist Remover captures 99.99% of oil mist, keeping the gearcase under negative pressure and your workspace cleaner.

Capacity control offers fixed-speed operation with a simple, spool-type design and an optional variable-speed drive (VSD) with two-speed reduction. The VSD minimizes inlet losses and can cut no-load power by up to 30% versus a fixed-speed model, delivering efficient turndown across load ranges.

Hitachi IE3 motors with TEFC and IP55 ratings, inverters from Hitachi, VSD fan motors on DSP22–120, and standard phase monitoring provide compact, reliable starts and cooling. All DSP series compressors carry a 3-year package warranty when serviced with genuine DSP parts.
